Handling of all white photo stack?
I am shooting a matrix - let's say 4 rows by 4 columns - and one of those locations has nothing of the subject in the fov. So I end up with a white (as the background is white) stack of photos. What I am used to doing is just providing 3 or 4 photos to the stacker so that my matrix is maintained - t...

File naming on export
It would be useful to have options for file naming (other than typing it in for each save :-)) other than the default file name. My photos are all named similarly with only the focus position (i.e.location) changing for each photo. The parent FOLDER is distinctly named, e.g. col1-Row1, Col1-Row2, et...

Bug in dng handling?
When trying to batch process source photos in a file, the .dng selection appears to be ignored, resulting in any identifiable format being loaded.
I selected .dng, but tiff version of the same photo were also processed.

Batch Processing from external drive
I am testing HF and want to load a batch of folders that reside on a removable hard drive or on a NAS. I cannot find a way to navigate to locations that are not on the local HD of the machine.
How can I do this please?

Re: Different results with Batch vs Export from Lightroom
I too am having some difficulties with batch vs LR. At the very minimum, rotation is handled differently between the two, the images being 180 rotated.
Can someone explain what happens in a LR export, if HF is handling .dng what does the exports accomplish?

Command line call?
Is it possible to execute HF via a command line call? We want to call it as part of a workflow and pass parameters for e.g. the folders, location etc.

Re: External drive on Mac OSX
Thanks. Just as a note, please use the system finder style dialog, as with single folder selection, rather than the non-standard multi-folder dialog.

External drive on Mac OSX
I am following up on my stacking by folders question that you answered. I have the folders on an external drive (USB) connected to a Retina MacBook running Yosemite. The drive is connected and visible on the desktop, but the Enqueue Add Multiple folders option does not allow me to navigate to the ha...

Stacking by folder?
We make our focus stack photographs at various x and y locations and put each stack into a folder appropriately named. Is it possible to load (or batch process) a collection of stacks so arranged?

Help missing?
I using the test version (6.2.2) on Yosemite, and when pressing the ? to get an explanation or F1 for help, nothing appears. I cannot find an online manual either.
Can you help with either of these?
