Re: A,B… and C, D, E etc
Hi Stas, Any update on this. Cause I just wanted to do a landscape of 3 castles C1,C2,C3 + background (see attachment) obviously the background is very far, so if the background would we B, and A would be set on C1, given large distances between A and B, then it's very probable that C2, and C3 won't...

Re: Do you support Case remote
Ok, but It should
This Case Remote seems to be the cheapest wifi brige out there with a SDK. It would be a great addition for Helicon remote

Do you support Case remote
Hi,
I was wondering if Helicon Remote supports the Case Remote hardware, which is basically a cheap camranger. It definitely should

Thanks

Re: Which camera has the fastest sequence shooting
No, but still I would love 1 fps speed, we aren't there yet (not your fault I know)Stas Yatsenko wrote:D600 is hardly a slow camera, even if there is a faster camera it'll hardly be more than 10% faster. Do you shoot with live view on?

Which camera has the fastest sequence shooting
Hi,
Can you tell us which camera as the best shooting speeds with exposure bracketing ?
So I can buy this instead of my sloppy D600

iOS 8 is screaming for Helicon Focus
Hi,
Great news. New iOS APIs allow full control of iOS camera (exposure AND lens focus).
So Now we need helicon focus on iOs. At least to capture.

Re: Please add a review after shot checkbox
Yes, in focus stocking or bracketing, image review of last image is not that usefull. That was just theoretical thoughts.
But useful in burst and single shots.
Thanks

Re: Please add a review after shot checkbox
I only want the preview/review image to be downloaded ONCE : 1 - Single shot : image preview, so a download no problem. Since it's a scingle shot we have time. We expect this delay 2 - Burst shot : Only review the LAST image. So one download. 3 - Focus stacking / Exposure bracketing : Only review th...

Re: Please add a review after shot checkbox
Hi, I tested and it doesn't work… In fact it does work but it requires that the saving has to be set to move/copy the image to the "computer" the android device). So it does not work if saving is set to leave in camera. That's understandable from a technical standpoint. But not from a usag...

Re: Keeping the preview/review image even after timeout
Thanks for the pointer,
on the field, in landscape mode, I didn't see the 99s setting
I did tried it now, and yes it helps. But I managed to accidentally dismiss the preview, so I lost it.
So it's not the same as re-callable preview/review but workable.

Pausing the capture process and repeating the shot
Hi, Was shooting a cathedral, at night for focus stacking, with 30 sec exposure/frame. 13 frame to capture. Some clueless point & shot tourist fired their flash during exposure. So I had to redid the whole capture several times. If I were able to pause the capture process and to recapture the fr...

Re: (Grid) Overlays on Liveview / preview / image review
Of course, if we could put a picture as an overlay with opacity and fusion method control that coud be also interesting (placeholder, cache, masks etc). Or onion skining with previous image framing to compare both

(Grid) Overlays on Liveview / preview / image review
Hi, Last night I was shooting with camera (D600, no swivel LC Screen) near the ground pointing up. Therefore I used remote as my viewfinder to frame the picture. It was architectural stuff, and I wanted to have perfect level, alignment, symmetry, parallelism. Unfortunately, there's no grid view avai...

Re: Hyperfocal setting
C'mon, googling "macro depth of field calculation" is beyond you ? http://savazzi.freehostia.com/photography/macrodof.htm You really have some nerves, you didn't care to click the first link I gave you right of the bat, in which you'd have seen in 2 seconds that's it wasn't using hyperfoca...

Do some research, Macro DOF is not driven by same equations, that's the way it is.
