api-ms-win-shore-scaling-I1-1-1.dll

After installation of Helicon Remote 3.90 (under Windows 7 x64) I get the error message, that the program can not start, because the file "api-ms-win-shore-scaling-I1-1-1.dll" is missing.
Reinstallation of HR 3.87 is possible, that version works.

Re: HR no response

Thanks for your answer. I can use the program after disconnecting the internet just for the start, so it is not really a dramatic problem. I am still very happy with HR and HF and will use it further on!

The stackshot triggers the camera and the camera send the image files to the PC (in this case to Olympus Studio). This afternoon I checked out, whether there ma...

Re: Few newbie questions

To answer your question 3): If you want to select several images, use the shortcut [strg] + [O] In the window you can then shift-select the images. Press the button "Open" then. If you want to prepare several groups of images, choose "Enqeuestacks" under the "File" menu. Then "Add images" and you ca...

Re: file selection and names in batch mode

I just tried the new beta version. Yes, the file selection process is well done in that version and much more comfortable than before! So I have to wait for a new final version of the program.
