We have checkbox "Open source folder". Default value depends if you are using Save or Save As. You can also change it in the dialog to return to source folder.
As to the second suggestion, I would like to make more general solution. There is not much space for naming options so it could be a select with such options:
Original name
Original name + suffix
Auto increment
Modification Date + Time
