We were not able to reproduce this bug. Please save a project to the folder with source images, then check that it causes the same error, then zip the whole folder and send it to us. Please upload it as described at http://www.heliconsoft.com/ftp.html

i have saved several projects for further processing. but when i try to load one of them i get absolutely nowhere, and i can't find any reference to this process on the help pages. any suggestions are welcome.
