Output color is not matching the original color

Hi, I am using a phase one P25+ back and using capture one pro software to convert the raw files to high res tiffs. I am using these high res tiffs to make the focus composite. When I do this the color is way off on the file that helicon produces- very flat, saturation is way off, the focus is great but that's it- I can't find any info on your website about this - can you please let me know what's going on?
