The counter of activations is automatically reset every 6 months so most our users have absolutely no problems upgrading their hardware even on several computers at once. If you change it more often, please contact us via support@heliconsoft.com and we will reset this counter manually. Right now you have 2 more activations left, so there is no reason to worry about.

I changed the Graphics Adapter on my Computer. Now my my Helicon Focus Pro was deactivated.
(I think the Workstation ID ist changed ?)
I have activated (Offline Registration) my Helicon Focus Pro now but on the Registration Site is showed:

License: Helicon Focus X64, unlimited
Keys left (for different PC): 2.
and 3 Registrations for my License.
at 16.02.2011 19:02 First Registration
at 20.08.2011 14:20 Change the Computer
at 25.01.2012 20:12 Change Graphics Adapter

Why I don't have left 4 Licenses, why can't deactivate an old Licence ?

There is no way to deactivate keys, they are listed just for information.

Great, my Program ist now activated!
Is there a Chance to deactivate the Version from the old Computer? I have deleted the Harddisk in the meantime .

Hello,
I changed my Computer and want activate my Helicon Focus Pro.
At the Beginning of the Year I have used a Offline Registration and become a Key-File for may Workstation ID.
Now the Site http://support.heliconphotosoft.com/ doesnt exist. For an Online Registration I need a Password from a Mail.
What can I do to get a new Key File (or a Password) ?
