Q: On the Downloads page I can download the software for free. Do I need to buy a license?
A: On the Downloads page you can always find all the latest stable versions of our products. The download is free. Once you download and install thee software you will have 30 days of evaluation period. Once it’s over, the functionality of the software will be limited. It does not mean that you cannot use it at all, but you will not be able to benefit from many of its features. If you want use the software in full-functionality mode, please visit our online store to purchase a license.

Q: I purchased a license, when and how do I get the software?
A: When the license is purchased you will receive the purchase confirmation email that contains your individual activation code, no files will be sent to you. All you need to do is to download the software and to register online using the activation code you received. On the Registration Help page you will find the detailed instructions as for how to register online and offline for different operation systems.

Q: I purchased a Pro license of the software, but can’t see where to download the Pro version from
A: There’s always just one installer per operation system for each product. It’s the activation code for the license that makes the difference, only the activation code you receive after the checkout unlocks the functionality for each specific type of license. So there’s one installer for all licenses.

Q: Why can’t I login to the Helicon Soft forum with my email and activation code?
A: Indeed, our forum is a separate community not integrated with our users data base. So in order to take part in forum activity, please go to the forum page, press the Register button in the upper right-hand corner and go through the registration procedure as usual.
